Water & Sewer Line Hook-Ups
Unfortunately, a well or septic system can fail. When this happens, it is required to hook up to municipal water and sewer (if it is available). We will install from the curb to the inside of the house with materials adhering to the code requirements. We will also subcontract to a licensed plumber to do the hook-ups inside of the house; all included within the contract, keeping the job flowing smoothly. This requires pumping of the old tank, crushing and then filling it. In situations like these, the well must be properly abandoned. Upon completion of the project, we can top it all off by doing the landscape restoration; which is one of our offered services. Permit for inspections are also included.
Most sewer hook-ups are gravity systems, however many areas use grinder pumps to move sewage to a higher elevation to be passed on to another system. Bowman Excavating, Inc. can handle the complete installation: electrical, force main, grinder pump, etc.
